The Best Summer Shoes That Are Not Sandals

Every season brings a new wave a shoe fashions, and we’ve been paying attention. In the cooler months, we’ve brought you velvet kicks and dainty midi-heels. In warmer months, we inevitably encourage our readers to get a pedicure and show off their toes in sandals. From strappy to cheap pom poms and tassels, we’ve got you covered on the sandal front. But look—some of us aren’t totally thrilled with summer shoes, namely the whole showing-your-feet thing. We’ve got a feeling that some of you feel that way, too. Maybe you have jobs where you need to look very professional, or maybe the office is so cold that wearing sandals leads to frostbitten toes.
