1 oz. Illegal Mezcal
1 oz. Espresso Infused Campari
1 oz. Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
2 Dash Chocolate Bitters
Directions: Build in mixing glass. Stir and pour into rocks glass. Add coffee bean ice cube.

2 oz. Don Julio Blanco
1 oz. Tuaca
.5 oz. lemon juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
1.5 oz. blood orange puree
Garnish with dehydrated blood orange chip
Directions: Add ingredients to tin and shake. Add ice to rocks glass. Add dehydrated blood orange chip to garnish.

1.5 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1.5 oz. strawberry puree
.75 oz. lemon juice
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with Rose Cut Strawberry Ice Cube and Basil Leaf
Directions: Add all ingredients to tin and shake. Add ice block to rocks glass. Add basil leaf garnish.

.75 oz. lime juice
1 oz. Grapefruit infused Peaflower Tea
1 oz. Aquafaba
Garnish with Lavender Sprig
Directions: Dry shake and double strain. Pour in coupe glass. Add lavender sprig to garnish.

1 oz. Cucumber Juice
.25 oz. Agave
.25 oz. Lime Juice
.25 oz. Aperol
Garnish with lime zest ice cube and purple pansy
