This year-round offering from Colorado's Left Hand just dropped, a light Kolsh-style ale buoyed by Willamette and Mount Hood hops. Its graphic captures the abstract quality of a cool rush of a wave, beckoning the warmer weather.

Dogfish Head Aprihop
As the label's graphic reinforces, the "apri" references one of the key ingredients: apricots, used to help temper the explosion of Amarillo hops, added dry after fermentation. The beer is released every March, and stays on the shelves—inventory willing—through May.

Cape May, NY, is home to the U.S. Coast Guard, so it's fitting that the brewery named after the city should pay homage to this branch of our armed forces. This spring Northwest IPA delivers tropical notes to further reinforce the season, a lush hop bomb with notes of pineapple, mango, and lemon zest.

Spring in the Rockies brings warmer temps, spontaneous snow storms, and the start of the snowmelt that funnels into the region's rivers.
