It’s another confusing international break, with countless national teams playing games which may or may not be dead rubbers. Never fear! We’ve got you covered. If you’re partially insane and have eight plus hours to kill, we’ve got five juicy World Cup qualifying matches spanning Europe, and South, Central and North America. That’s ALL the Americas!

Sweden v. NetherlandsSweden enters the post-Zlatan age against a Dutch side still reeling from missing out on Euro 2016. Netherlands boss Danny Blind is under an immense amount of pressure to right the Clockwork Orange ship. Blind has had to go so far as swearing he won't resign if his side lose this match against the Swedes in Solna. He could certainly be dismissed if that happens, however, giving this game a life-or-death type of edge.

Chile v. BoliviaThere's no more intense qualifying process than CONMEBOL's. The two-time defending Copa America champions Chile certainly know that as they go into a must-win fixture against Bolivia in Santiago. Right now Chile sits seventh in the single-table standings thanks to a 2-1 loss to Paraguay last week, and cannot afford to drop anymore points in the quest for one of the top five spots.

Brazil v. ColombiaSome bad blood has developed between these two nations over recent years, and today's match in Manaus figures follow the pattern. Brazil is feeling good off the back of an Olympic triumph, but Colombia has enough talent to beat the Selecao. Colombia hasn't won on Brazilian soil in 71 years, a fact that will only further steel Colombian resolve to get the job done in qualifying.

Mexico v. HondurasMexico boss Juan Carlos Osorio is still trying to shake off the stink of the 7-0 defeat El Tri suffered at the hands of Chile in the Copa America--any slip, and he could very well see his tenure come to an end. The task against Honduras won't be easy, even in the friendly environment of Estadio Azteca. The Hondurans will play hard-nosed physical soccer in a bid to slow down the Mexican attack.

Canada v. El SalvadorWhile this game still has implications for who moves on to the final round of CONCACAF qualifying, many eyes will be trained on it for different reasons. El Salvador's players have revealed that they were approached by a Honduran looking to pay them to keep the scoreline close; a big win for Canada combined with a Honduran loss in Mexico could send Canada through at the expense of Los Catrachos. With that as the backdrop, it's anyone's guess what might happen.
